We are beyond excited to welcome hip hop artist Dope Saint Jude to our family.

Hailing from Cape Town, Dope Saint Jude is a queer rapper using her music to discuss gender, sexuality, and ingrained expectations. Equally influenced by Tupac and the Riot Grrrl movement, Dope Saint Jude’s unique sound brings together elements of UK and US rap, South African rhythms and even the occasional classical music sample.

Her unique style speaks to audiences interested in the intersection of hip hop, queerness, feminism and bad-assery tackling life as a queer black woman in the music industry.
